Water Treatment Decolorizer

HTD-01
Physical and Chemical Specifications:
1. Appearance: Light or yellow viscous liquid
2. Viscosity (20°C): 3-5 seconds
3. pH (100g/L aqueous solution): 3.0-5.0
4. Solids Content: ≥50%
Applications:
This product is primarily used in industrial wastewater treatment, efficiently removing colored matter and some dissolved organic matter (COD) from water bodies. It is particularly suitable for:
1. Printing and dyeing wastewater: Efficiently removes color from various anionic dyes, including reactive dyes, direct dyes, and acid dyes.
2. Papermaking wastewater: Effectively removes lignin, pigments, and other colored matter generated during pulping, bleaching, and papermaking.
3. Textile wastewater: Treats colored wastewater generated from processes such as desizing, scouring, and dyeing.
4. Food and fermentation wastewater: Removes natural pigments and organic contaminants from wastewaters such as fruit juice, molasses, and brewing.
5. Pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater: Treats wastewater containing synthetic dyes, intermediates, and organic pigments.
6. Coking wastewater: Primarily used in water reuse to remove cyanide, also known as a cyanide remover.
7. Other industrial wastewater: Suitable for decolorizing and purifying wastewater containing high-color and recalcitrant organic matter.
Instructions:

1) Dilute this product 10-40 times with water and add directly to water. Stir for several minutes, then allow to settle or float to obtain a clear, decolorized solution.
2) Adjusting the wastewater pH to 8-9 will improve treatment efficiency.
3) When wastewater has high color and CODCr, it can be used in combination with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed. This can reduce treatment costs. Whether to add polyaluminum chloride first or later should be determined based on testing and the treatment process.
Storage and Packaging:
1) This product is non-flammable and non-explosive. It should be stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
2) This product is packaged in plastic drums of 25 kg, 200 kg, or 250 kg each. 1000 kg IBC packaging is also available.
